SV5型动圈式电液调节器是一种电液比例驱动元件,它接受电流信号的控制,输出与电流成比例的机械位移。为了解决国内几大电缆厂由西德进口的2×1600吨压铝机的关键配件——EMG TRm/E2型动圈调节器的国内配套问题,机械工业自动化研究所根据沈阳电缆厂的要求,于1982年研制成功SV5型动圈调节器。其主要技术参数及连接尺寸与FMG 公司的动圈调节器相同,额定控制电流250mA,控制线圈电阻2×22Ω,颤振电流<25mA,颤振频率50Hz,供油压力25kgf/cm~2,流量<31/min,额定位移±4mm,输出推力50kgf,-3dB 频宽26Hz,-90°频宽21Hz。
