本文以河北科技大学独立学院为例,分析独立学院向应用型大学转型过程中“大学英语”课程改革面临的问题及对策。结合独立学院应用型人才培养目标,制定大学英语教学目标,改革大学英语课程设置:减少大学英语课时,增设选修课;创新教学方法,适应社会对新型复合型人才的需求。
This article takes Hebei University of Science and Technology as an example to analyze the problems and countermeasures in the course reform of “College English” during the transition from independent college to applied university. In combination with the goal of cultivating applied talents in Independent College, the goal of college English teaching is to set the goal of college English teaching and to reform the setting of college English curriculum: to reduce the number of college English classes and to add elective courses; to innovate teaching methods and adapt to the social demands for new type of complex talents.
