今年5月12日,中央电视台西部频道正式开播。这是新世纪的中国实施西部开发战略的一项新闻工程,它肩负时代重任、担当历史使命,虽然从开播到现在不过仅仅4个月,但已备受瞩目。其中,有政府部门的政策倾斜、制度保障,有各地方台、社会各界的倾情支持,更有观众的热切企盼、真诚关注。然而,一个频道的诞生直至获得公众认同是一个复杂的动态过程,仅有好的开端当然不够。因此,如何使频道成为西部大开发战略中的真正亮点并在诸多频道“逐鹿”文化市场的恶战中脱颖而出,特色是其成功的关键所在。
May 12 this year, the official launch of China Central Television Channel. This is a news project of China’s implementation of the strategy for the development of the western region in the new century. It has shouldered the heavy responsibility of the times and shouldered its historical mission. It has received much attention, though only four months from its launch to the present day. Among them, there are policies of government departments to tilt, system security, support from all local Taiwan, all sectors of society, but also the audience’s eagerly look forward to sincere concern. However, the birth of one channel until public recognition is a complex dynamic process, of course, only a good start is not enough. Therefore, the key to its success is how to make the channel a real bright spot in the strategy of developing the west and stand out in the hard-fought battle of the “chau de” cultural market on many channels.
