KAI1/CD82为肿瘤转移抑制基因,定位于11 P11.2～1 3,属于TM4SF家族成员,主要影响细胞间及细胞与细胞外基质的信号传导。KAI1/CD82表达下调与肝细胞癌浸润转移相关。
KAI1 / CD82 is a tumor metastasis suppressor gene located at 11 P11.2 ~ 13, belonging to TM4SF family members, mainly affecting the signal transduction between cells and extracellular matrix. The down-regulation of KAI1 / CD82 expression is associated with invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
