T2DM的发生与发展均与能量代谢异常有关,左旋肉毒碱作为近年来备受重视的改善能量代谢的药物之一,可通过防止细胞脂质过氧化、清除自由基抗氧化、促进长链脂肪酸进入线粒体内进行β-氧化、增加脂质代谢等作用对糖尿病多个并发症起到有益作用并能逆转IR,降低FPG水平。左旋肉毒碱在T2DM的进展中发挥一定的抑制作用,早期对其进行干预可改善T2DM及其并发症的进展,为T2DM的治疗提供新思路。
