中药延胡索(元胡)为罂粟科紫堇属延胡索植物的干燥块茎。具理气止痛,活血散瘀的功效。研究表明元胡中有效成份为多种生物碱,其中延胡索乙素临床上已用于代替吗啡治疗内脏疾病的锐痛。正品延胡索主产地为浙江东阳一带。为扩大药源,陕西省汉中地区引种了浙江延胡索(Corydalis turschaninoviiBess.f.yanhusuo V.H.chou et c.c
The Chinese herb Corydalis yanhusuo (Yuanhu) is a dried tuber of a plant belonging to the genus Corydalis of Papaveraceae. With qi and pain, blood stasis effect. Studies have shown that the effective component of Yuanhu is a variety of alkaloids, of which tetrahydropalmatine has been clinically used to replace morphine in the treatment of visceral diseases of sharp pain. The original origin of authentic Corydalis is Zhejiang Dongyang area. To expand the drug source, Corydalis turschaninovii Bess.f.yanhusuo V.H.chou et c.c was introduced in Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province.
