本文提出了分析水中有机物的新方法。其原理是以蒸汽作载气,将水样直接注入气相色谱仪。文中介绍了蒸汽发生器,提出了被烃类、醇类和酮类污染的天然水的分析方法。方法简单、快速、能比较灵敏地检测不同极性和沸点的各种化合物,本法对烃类的灵敏度为10微克/升。研究了在蒸汽—固体色谱条件下火焰离子化检定器的性能。检定器的响应值恒定、能够重复,但低于在常规气相色谱条件下的响应值。氢气和蒸汽流动值的流速对检定器响应值的影响,不同于惰性载气对火焰离子化检定器的影响。实验条件在其他方面的影响与常规气相色谱法相似。
This paper presents a new method for the analysis of organic matter in water. The principle is steam for carrier gas, the water sample directly into the gas chromatograph. This paper introduces the steam generator and presents the analysis method of natural water polluted by hydrocarbons, alcohols and ketones. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive to the detection of various compounds with different polarities and boiling points. The sensitivity of this method to hydrocarbons is 10 μg / l. The performance of Flame Ionization Detector under steam-solid chromatographic conditions was investigated. The response of the calibrator is constant and can be repeated, but lower than the response under conventional GC conditions. The effect of flow rate of hydrogen and steam flow on detector response is different from the effect of inert carrier gas on flame ionization detector. Other aspects of the experimental conditions similar to conventional gas chromatography.
