在工件的冲压过程中,经常出现冲件与凸模的粘附现象,它直接影响工件的质量和模具的正常使用。因此,在模具的凸模上需安装顶料销避免工件被凸模带起。一般常用的结构如图1所示。简单顶料销结构(如图1a):每次凸模刃磨前需将预料销由模具中退出。拧入式顶料销结构(如图1b所示):凸模刃磨前可将顶料销拧入丝堵中,刃磨后退出。当凸模在多次刃磨后,顶料销露出凸模尺寸过高需将顶料销由模具中退出进行维修。以上结构给模具的刃磨,维修造成了很多困难。可调式顶料销结构(如图1c所示):凸模刃磨前将带动顶料销的螺母拧入凸摸。在调整顶料销露出凸模的高度时简单、容易,但是在模具工作时由于振动使顶料销的有效高度经常改变。我厂根据上述顶料销结构存在的问题改进设计了一种简单的顶料销结构,如图2所示。首先将顶料销由凸模中分离出来,在凸模上安装组合式顶料结构,利用顶丝将它固定,防止在工作时上下的移动,在凸模刃磨前将顶料销拧入丝堵中,调节顶料的有效高度只需调整顶丝即可。经实际生产应用,此结构有效地防止冲件与凸模粘附,缩短了模具的刃磨、调整、维修的时间,并且通用性强,可多次重复使用。

According to the above problems with the top material pin structure, I improved the design of a simple top pin structure, as shown in Figure 2. First, the ejector pin is separated from the punch, a combined ejector structure is mounted on the punch, and the ejector pin is fixed by the ejector pin to prevent the workpiece from moving up and down during work.
