情景模拟教学是公共管理专业教学中的有效方法之一。从情景模拟教学的内涵和理论出发,以模拟听证会为研究对象,对华南农业大学公共管理专业模拟听证会进行实证研究;应用ADDIE教学过程设计模型的分析、设计、开发、实施、评估五个阶段对模拟听证会教学活动进行了全面设计,对每个阶段的活动提出了具体的要求。最后,针对该校公共管理专业模拟听证会存在的问题,提出明确模拟听证会活动的定位,赋予模拟听证会品牌文化、价值与个性,促使模拟听证会品牌有效传播,改革活动不合理的机制,加大教师的指导力度,优化活动的时间和资金管理等优化策略和相关建议。
Situational simulation teaching is one of the effective methods in teaching public administration. Starting from the connotation and theory of scenario simulation teaching, taking the simulated hearing as the research object, this paper conducts an empirical research on the simulated hearing of public management specialty of South China Agricultural University. Using ADDIE teaching process design model analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of five Stage of the simulation hearing teaching activities were fully designed, the activities of each stage put forward specific requirements. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the simulated public hearing of public administration major in the university, this paper puts forward a clear positioning of the simulated hearing activities, giving the brand culture, value and individuality of the simulated hearing to promote the effective transmission of the simulated hearing brand and the unreasonable reforming mechanism, Increase the guidance of teachers, optimize the activities of time and fund management optimization strategies and related recommendations.
