笔者在上海仁济医院急诊科用心律平静脉注射治疗阵发性室上性心动过速62例,疗效显著。发作时均有心悸、心前区不适等,心率160～210次/min,经心电图证实。1.治疗方法:一经确诊,即给心律平70mg加入25%葡萄糖液40ml内静注,边注边测心率,一般在心动过速中止即停注射。部分患者心动过速中止后有短暂心律不齐,此时需继续推注5～10mg。2.治疗效果:47例约静注至40mg时心动过速突然中止,心率恢复正常,占75.8%;7例静注至40～50mg后心动过速突然中止,但有短暂心律不
