在钼丝炉中研究了在1300,1400,1500,1600℃的铁液中稀土元素对碳的溶解度,稀土元素与碳的相互作用系数和生成REC_2的平衡常数。所得结果如下:1.Ce,Y,La,Nd和Sm增加碳在铁液中的溶解度;2.用金相、电子显微镜扫描分析说明铁液中形成了REC_2;3.铁液中[RE]+2[C]=REC_2反应的平衡常数和REC_2的标准生成自由能(J/mole)与温度的关系被测定了: CeC_2:logK=1.50×10~4/T-6.545,ΔG~0=-2.0279×10~5+125.27T YC_2:logK=8.902×10~3/T-6.488,ΔG~0=-1.7038×10~5+124.18T LaC_2:logK=2.2633×10~4/T-13.427,ΔG~0=-4.3319×10~5+256.99T NdC_2:logK=6.75×10~3/T-4.440,ΔG~0=-1.2919×10~5+84.98T SmC_2:logK=1.4709×10~4/T-9.422,ΔG~0=-2.8153×10~5+180.34T4.五个[RE]→[C]平衡相图提供了预测铁液中生成REC_2的热力学条件和稀土元素与碳的活度的依据。
In the molybdenum wire furnace, the solubility of rare earth elements in carbon, the interaction between rare earth elements and carbon and the equilibrium constant of REC_2 were investigated in molten iron at 1300, 1400, 1500 and 1600 ℃. The five [RE] → [C] equilibrium phase diagrams provide the basis for predicting the thermodynamic conditions and the activity of rare earth elements and carbon in REC_2 .
