1 病例摘要 男性,27岁,主诉发热两周,头痛伴恶心呕吐一周来诊。体检:T37.8℃,神清,无意识障碍及言语障碍,脑膜刺激征阳性:颈强硬,双侧Kernig征(+)。四肢肌力,肌张力正常,腱反射对称,病理反射存在:Babinski征(+),Oppenheim征(+)。颅神经检查未见异常。实验室检查:腰穿脑脊液常规检查:CSF无色透明液,压力高(36cmH_20),白细胞0.25×10~9个/
1 case summary Male, 27 years old, chief complaint fever two weeks, headache with nausea and vomiting a week consultation. Physical examination: T37.8 ℃, Shen Qing, unconsciousness and speech impairment, positive meningeal sign: stiff neck, bilateral Kernig sign (+). Limb muscle strength, normal muscle tone, symmetrical tendon reflex, pathological reflex exist: Babinski sign (+), Oppenheim sign (+). No abnormal cranial nerve examination. Laboratory tests: Lumbar cerebrospinal fluid routine examination: CSF colorless and transparent liquid, high pressure (36cmH_20), white blood cells 0.25 × 10 ~ 9 /
