Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 clinical application of statins in patients with clinical data of 126 cases, and statistical analysis of the clinical application of the results. Results: In this group of 126 patients statin adverse reactions in patients with 10 cases, accounting for 7.94%. Adverse reactions occurred mainly due to improper compatibility of drugs, dosage or method of improper medication and drug itself factors, including the dosage or method of adverse reactions caused by adverse reactions was significantly higher than other factors, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: There are still adverse reactions in clinical application of statins. Doctors should attach great importance to the side effects of statins and take active and effective measures to control them, so as to effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and ensure the rationality of clinical medication.
