本文报导以大孔树脂为载体的用吸附法制取的固定化脲酶的活性和稳定性与大孔树脂的孔径和比表面及极性的关系,用弱碱性大孔树脂制备的固定化脲酶具有较高的活性和稳定性.
This paper reports the activity and stability of immobilized urease prepared by adsorption method using macroporous resin as carrier and the relationship between pore size and specific surface area and polarity of macroporous resin. The immobilized urease prepared with weakly basic macroporous resin has High activity and stability.
