中国核学会与美国西屋电气公司核电技术学术交流会于1984年3月17日至23日在云南省昆明市举行。会议由中国核协会副理事长姜圣阶同志与西屋公司核运行部总经理武德森先生共同主持。出席会议的中方代表共39名,他们来自十个省、市,包括中国核学会、核工业部、机械工业部与水电部等约20个单位。美方西屋公司的代表来自十个部,共19名。中方的报告有:中国发展核能的前景与展望(姜圣阶),秦山核电站安全设计的考虑(欧阳予)。
Nuclear Society of China and the United States Westinghouse nuclear power technology academic exchange was held March 17, 1984 to 23 in Kunming, Yunnan Province. The meeting was co-chaired by Comrade Jiang Sheng-step, vice chairman of China Association of Nuclear Weapons and Mr. Wodesen, general manager of Westinghouse’s nuclear operation department. A total of 39 representatives from the Chinese side attended the meeting. They came from 10 provinces and municipalities, including about 20 units including the Chinese Nuclear Society, the Ministry of Nuclear Industry, the Ministry of Machinery Industry and the Ministry of Water Resources. Representatives of the West West Company from the ten ministries, a total of 19. The Chinese reports include: Prospects for China’s Nuclear Energy Development and Prospects (Jiang Shengjie), and Considerations for Safety Design of Qinshan Nuclear Power Station (Ouyang Yu).
