目的:建立一种用火焰原子吸收光谱法间接测定工作场所空气中二氧化硫的新方法。方法:用(1+1000)高氯酸溶液吸收空气中二氧化硫,使其氧化成硫酸根,加铬酸钡悬浊液生成硫酸钡沉淀,释放出铬酸根,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铬,可间接求得二氧化硫的含量。结果:方法曲线的相关系数r=0.9993,线性范围0~5μg/ml,检出限0.12μg/ml,相对标准偏差为3.52%~4.25%,加标回收率为95.0%~106%。结论:用本方法测定工作场所空气中二氧化硫,操作手续简单、快速、检出限低、灵敏度高,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a new method of indirect determination of sulfur dioxide in the air of workplace by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The (1 + 1000) perchloric acid solution was used to absorb the sulfur dioxide in the air and oxidize it into sulfate. The precipitate was precipitated with barium chromate solution and chromate was released. The content of chromium was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry Can be indirectly obtained sulfur dioxide content. Results: The correlation coefficient of the method curve was 0.9993, the linear range was 0-5 μg / ml, the detection limit was 0.12 μg / ml, the relative standard deviation was 3.52% -4.25%, and the recoveries were 95.0% -106%. Conclusion: The method for the determination of sulfur dioxide in the workplace air, the operating procedures is simple, fast, low detection limit, high sensitivity, the results are satisfactory.
