目前,江苏省邮电系统已有7个市局引进NEC信函分拣机,笔者在参加NEC信函分拣系统学习、安装、调试及验收过程中,得到了许多有益的启示,现就下述两个问题谈谈自己的体会和认识.一、光耦(Light Beam Unit简称LB)报警分析与处理光耦LB是由发光侧和受光侧两部分组成,如图1所示,发光侧的主要结构是一个发光二极管和一个透镜片,发光二极管产生的红外线经透镜折射、集束,发射至受光侧;受光侧的主要结构是一个光敏三极管,当信函通过LB时,切断了光束,引起受光侧光强的改变,而光强的变化导致光敏三极管电流的变化,这样,光信号就转化为电信号通过灰色信号线传送出去.
