目的:研究定喘汤加减配合西药治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:88例肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各44例,对照组只采用西药抗感染与对症治疗,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加用定喘汤加减口服治疗,对比两组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及综合疗效。结果:治疗组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及总有效率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定喘汤加减配合西药治疗小儿肺炎效果确切。
Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of Dingchuan Decoction combined with Western medicine in treating children pneumonia. Methods: Eighty-eight children with pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group (44 cases) and control group (44 cases). The control group was treated with anti-infection and symptomatic treatment only. The treatment group was given Dingchuan decoction plus oral treatment on the basis of the control group. Group antipyretic time, cough disappear time, pulmonary rales disappeared time and comprehensive effect. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in the antipyretic time, the time of cough disappearance, the disappearance of pulmonary rales and the total effective rate (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dingchuan decoction plus Western medicine treatment of children with pneumonia is exact.
