目的 :对国人胎儿和成人类胰升血糖素 - 1免疫反应细胞 ( GL P- 1- IR细胞 )在胃肠道中的分布作详细的研究。方法 :应用高特异性单克隆抗 GL P- 1- IR( 7- 3 6)酰胺抗体 ,采用免疫组化技术。结果 :发现在胎儿和成人的肠管中均可见到 GL P- 1- IR细胞 ( L细胞 )的存在 ,但在生长发育的不同时期肠道 L细胞的密度不同 ,各段肠管的密度也不同 ,但不同时期的 L 细胞的分布规律相同 ,均自小肠和大肠的近段向远端逐渐增大 ,密度最大为直肠。结论 :人类肠道中的 GL P- 1- IR细胞分布规律不变 ,密度增大
OBJECTIVE: To investigate in detail the distribution of glucagon-1 immunoreactive cells (GLP-1-IR cells) in the gastrointestinal tract of Chinese fetuses and adults. Methods: Highly specific monoclonal anti-GLP-1-IR (7-36) amide antibody was used for immunohistochemistry. Results: GL-1-IR cells (L cells) were found in the intestines of both fetuses and adults. However, the density of intestinal L cells varied with different stages of growth and development, However, the distribution of L cells in different periods was the same, and gradually increased from the proximal segment of the small intestine and the large intestine to the distal segment, with the largest density being the rectum. CONCLUSION: The distribution of GLP-1-IR cells in human gut does not change and the density increases
