1986年由团市委、市科协、市政府农林办、市成人教育局、市妇联,联合发出在农村开展实用技术培训的通知,迄今已经七年,取得了显著成绩。累计培训已达百万人次以上。为了进一步了解北京市郊区县农民实用技术培训情况,使之能持续、健康地发展,我们于1992年上半年分别向通县、昌平、怀柔、丰台、大兴五个县发出了近2000份调查表,调查关于本市郊区县1991年培训及1992年培训计划情况。截止到92年年底
