中国管理科学院妇女研究所采取发放问卷与普遍访谈相结合的方式,对我国局级以下、副科级以上女领导干部的工作生活情况进行调查。调查共发放1800份女领导干部问卷,回收有效问卷1179份,回收率65.5%,同时发放男领导干部问卷800份,回收有效问卷594份,回收率74.2%。这次调查中.关于女领导干部参政状况的问卷,是从三个方面进行的:对胜任职务的自我评价。凭什么担任领导职务,以及工作中遇到最大的困难是什么。现在,我们就调查结果进行如下分析。绝大部分女领导干部是称职和比较称职的。有43.1%的女领导干部认为自己称职.52.2%认为可以,两者相加,女领导干部中有95.3%认为自己是称职和比较称职的。认为不称职的只有0.8%。这个自我评价比较客观。
The Institute of Women's Studies of CASS investigated the work and living conditions of women leading cadres under the rank of director at the subordinate level in our country by means of combining the questionnaire with the general interview. A total of 1,800 questionnaires were sent to women's leading cadres, 1179 valid questionnaires were collected and the rate of recovery was 65.5%. 800 copies of the questionnaire were issued to male cadres, 594 valid questionnaires were returned, and the recovery rate was 74.2%. In the survey, the questionnaire on the status of female leading cadres in participating in politics was conducted in three aspects: self-evaluation of competent positions. Why do you hold the office of leadership and what is the biggest difficulty in your job? Now, we analyze the survey results as follows. The vast majority of female leading cadres are competent and relatively competent. 43.1% of female leading cadres think they are competent, 52.2% think it possible, and the two add up. 95.3% of female leading cadres think they are competent and relatively competent. Only 0.8% considered incompetent. This self-evaluation is more objective.
