我矿一号高炉第二代自1971年4月投产至1976年2月停炉,历时1741天。由于电力和焦炭供应问题,共焖炉停产343天,其实际作业时间为1398天,共生产锰铁47990吨。一号高炉第二代的炉型和炉衬,基本上系套用1958年100M~3高炉定型设计,考虑锰铁冶炼的特点,炉底托盘以上增设了九层密集式扁水箱(见图1),高炉投产一段时期后,随着内衬的被浸蚀,分阶段地扩大了炉喉和大钟直径,进而拆除了八层扁水箱和全部钢砖,炉体外壳全部采用喷水冷却(见
The second generation of mine No. 1 blast furnace put into operation from April 1971 to February 1976 shutdown, which lasted 1741 days. As a result of electricity and coke supply problems, a total of brazier furnace cut-off 343 days, the actual operation time is 1398 days, a total of 47990 tons of ferromanganese. The second generation of blast furnace and lining of No.1 blast furnace is basically designed with stereotyped design of 100M ~ 3 blast furnace in 1958. Considering the characteristics of ferromanganese smelting, an additional nine-layer dense flat water tank is installed above the bottom tray (see Figure 1) After the blast furnace was put into operation for a period of time, as the lining was eroded, the throat and bell diameter were enlarged in stages, and eight flat water tanks and all the steel bricks were removed. The furnace shell was all water-cooled
