为考察温度稳定剂对压裂液耐温性能的提升效果,设计从上限温度开始通过数值搜索方法逐步确定最高温度T_(max)(η_0,t_0)计算温度稳定剂对压裂液适用温度的提高值ΔT_(max)(η_0,t_0)的方法;通过实验分析两种压裂液温度稳定剂对有机硼交联羟丙基瓜胶压裂液的作用效果。结果表明:加入0.1%~0.8%的温度稳定剂S-1、S-2分别可以使得压裂液的最高适用温度提高4.5~10℃、6~14℃;所设计的评价方法可以判别不同压裂液温度稳定剂产品的作用效果差异。
In order to investigate the effect of temperature stabilizer on the temperature resistance of fracturing fluid, the maximum temperature T_max (η_0, t_0) was gradually determined by the numerical search method from the upper limit temperature.
