金融风险和危机的出现对国家经济的发展造成了很大的不利影响,为此世界各国大都通过金融法的制定防范和规避金融风险。笔者在本文中在对金融风险和危机发生的原因进行简要分析的基础上提出金融法防范金融风险和危机的对策,以期给相关研究工作者提供一个新的研究视角。
The emergence of financial risks and crises has greatly adversely affected the development of the country’s economy. To this end, most countries in the world have adopted the financial laws to prevent and avoid financial risks. Based on the brief analysis of the causes of financial risks and crises, the author puts forward the countermeasures of financial law to guard against financial risks and crises in this paper, in order to provide relevant research workers with a new perspective of research.
