近些年来,随着我国教育事业的发展,以及受教育群体规模的不断扩大,国家加大了对于艺术教育的发展力度,越来越多的人选择了这条道路,因此我国高职院校每年的艺术类毕业生的数量得到了显著的提升。但问题在于,与之相对应的艺术类就业市场是有限的,无法满足日益增长的艺术生就业的需求,所以造就了艺术生就业形势严峻的现状。为了解决这一问题,本文从高职艺术生的就业特点入手,然后分析其所面临的就业形势,在此基础上提出了一些可以缓解毕业生就业压力的措施。希望理论与实践结合,可以对实际工作的开展有所助益。
In recent years, with the development of education in our country and the continuous expansion of the educational groups, the state has stepped up the development of art education and more and more people choose this path. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges in our country The number of art graduates each year has been significantly improved. However, the problem is that the corresponding art employment market is limited and can not meet the needs of the growing employment of art students, thus creating a grim situation for art students. In order to solve this problem, this article starts with the employment characteristics of art students in higher vocational colleges, and then analyzes the employment situation they face. On this basis, it puts forward some measures to ease the employment pressure on graduates. Hope that the combination of theory and practice can help to carry out the actual work.
