赵长青1953年7月生于黑龙江省巴彦县。现为全国政协委员、中国文联主席团委员,中国书法家协会驻会副主席,中国作家协会会员,中国诗词学会会员。生于黑龙江的赵长青当过兵、做过工、种过地,虽然他身上有着东北黑土地的淳厚朴实,以及松花江水奔腾般的激情,但若用“腹有诗书气自华”来形容他,却又恰到好处。
