改革开放以来,我国社会主义市场经济建设取得一定的成就,国民经济得到了快速发展。煤炭资源是我国重要的能源之一,煤矿企业发展对我国国民经济的发展的重要性不言而喻。现阶段,随着企业改革力度的不断加大,我国煤炭企业面临着新的机遇和挑战。思想政治是企业生存发展的生命线,也是提高企业生产效率,促进企业经济发展的重要保障。现阶段我国煤矿企业的思想工作还有待加强和进一步提高。本文主要分析了,我国煤矿思想政治工作的现状及其发展方向。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s socialist market economy has made some achievements, and the national economy has witnessed rapid development. Coal resources is one of China’s important energy sources. The importance of the development of coal mining enterprises to the development of our national economy is self-evident. At this stage, with the continuous reform of the enterprise, China’s coal enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges. Ideological and political work is the lifeline of the survival and development of an enterprise. It is also an important guarantee for improving the production efficiency and promoting the economic development of an enterprise. At this stage, the ideological work of China’s coal mining enterprises still needs to be strengthened and further improved. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and development of ideological and political work in China’s coal mines.
