企业资源计划 (ERP)是当前最具影响的管理思想之一 ,反映了现代管理思想的软件系统的实施 ,它要求有相应的管理组织和方法与之相适应。因此 ,企业应用ERP只有在实施BPR (企业流程再造 )的基础上 ,才能获得最佳应用效果。然而 ,ERP内在的局限性却极大地制约着ERP的实施成效 ,已成为当前企业管理层面临的一个棘手问题。为此 ,再造ERP环境势在必行。其思路和具体的操作方法应主要从企业供应链模式、物料清单、工艺路线和供应计划等方面着手进行。
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is one of the most influential management thinking at present, which reflects the implementation of the modern management thought software system, which requires corresponding management organization and method to adapt to it. Therefore, enterprise application ERP is only based on the implementation of BPR (Enterprise Process Reengineering), in order to get the best application results. However, the inherent limitations of ERP greatly restrict the effectiveness of ERP implementation has become a thorny issue facing the current enterprise management. To this end, recycling ERP environment is imperative. The ideas and specific methods of operation should be mainly from the enterprise supply chain model, bill of materials, process routes and supply planning and other aspects.
