在防洪堤的设计中,有许多与其相关的具有不确定性的参数和变量。文章提出的模型系统地分析了在水文方面与水力学方面各种类型的不确定性以及定义了漫堤的风险和可靠性,研究了静态和与时间有关的风险模型。建议采用复合模型作为风险分析。
In the design of flood levees, there are many uncertainties associated with them. The model proposed in this paper systematically analyzes various types of uncertainties in terms of hydrology and hydraulics as well as the risk and reliability of embankments. The static and time-related risk models are studied. It is recommended to use a composite model as a risk analysis.
