随着社会的发展,企业之间的竞争不仅仅是人才、物质的竞争,企业之间的竞争正在从有形的物质向无形的文化转变。基于此,越来越多的企业更加注重“攻人先攻心”的企业战略,将企业文化建设纳入了企业战略发展之中。本文立足于企业文化的内涵,在对企业员工行为进行分类的基础之上,探究企业文化建设与员工行为之间的关系,以不断规范员工行为和提高员工工作效率。
With the development of society, the competition among enterprises is not only the talent and material competition, but also the competition among enterprises is changing from tangible material to intangible culture. Based on this, more and more enterprises pay more attention to the enterprise strategy of “attacking and attacking people first” and integrate the construction of enterprise culture into the strategic development of the enterprise. Based on the connotation of corporate culture, based on the classification of employee behavior, this paper explores the relationship between corporate culture construction and employee behavior so as to standardize employee behavior and improve employee work efficiency.
