本文结合癫痫分子机理的研究进展,分析典型抗癫痫单复方中药作用的分子基础,发现它们以GABA、NMDA、Caspase和c-fos为目标发挥抗痫作用。同时,对应这些分子靶点的化学物质也得到初步鉴定,为开发新的抗癫痫药物提供线索,也为建立抗癫痫中药标准化分析方法提供理论依据。
In this paper, combining with the research progress of the molecular mechanism of epilepsy, the molecular basis of the effect of typical anti-epileptic single compound Chinese medicine is analyzed, and they are found to exert anti-epilepsy effects with GABA, NMDA, Caspase, and c-fos as targets. At the same time, chemical substances corresponding to these molecular targets have also been initially identified, providing clues for the development of new anti-epileptic drugs, and also providing a theoretical basis for the establishment of standardized analytical methods for antiepileptic drugs.
