近年来,为将村镇建设培育成为海南国际旅游岛的新亮点和经济增长点,海南省加强村镇规划建设管理工作。目前,全省19个市县(除三沙市外)的乡镇规划建设管理所均已挂牌成立,乡镇总体规划修编已完成63%,乡镇控制性详细规划编制已完成70%,村庄建设规划编制已完成52%,全省所有村镇编制任务预计将于2013年年底前全部完成。
In recent years, in order to nurture the construction of villages and towns into a new highlight of the international tourism island of Hainan and economic growth point, Hainan Province, to strengthen the planning and construction management of villages and towns. At present, the township planning and construction management offices of 19 cities and counties in the province (except Sansha City) have all been set up. The overall township planning revision has been completed 63%, and the detailed planning of township control has been completed 70%. The village construction planning 52% completed. The task of preparing all the towns and villages in the province is expected to be completed by the end of 2013.
