本文在分析了当今社会经济形势的转变的基础上,针对我国国有企业在人力资源的开发与管理实践中面临的一些问题进行了说明,然后就如何建立与知识经济时代相适应的国有企业人力资源开发与管理新机制进行了有意义的策略分析。
