黑索金(Hexogen)化学名为环三甲基三硝胺(简称RDX),是一种高威力爆炸物,常用于配制炸药、雷管、导火绳等,工农业生产中应用广泛。国内关于黑索金的毒理研究及有关中毒资料报导甚少,现报告一组急性中毒资料,供防治工作参考。中毒经过邓某长女子1974年修水库时,将黑索金带回家中,用瓶贮装置于桌上。1978年又购回白碱同放一处。其二女同年某日作午饭时,将黑索金一汤匙(约16克)误作白碱混入6斤面粉中蒸馒头,加水发酵一小时后,制成馒头39个。据其二女称,馒头蒸好后,外观未见明显异常。当餐稀饭如常煮成,
