针对国内外轻型模块化钻机存在的问题,设计了一款钻深更大、便于装拆的轻便型模块化岩芯钻机。并对钻机的整体结构进行了优化,使其模块划分更加合理,且便于快速拆装。针对关键零部件进行了轻量化设计,使各模块质量更轻。该产品可应用于地质勘探、深边探矿等领域。
Aimed at the existing problems of light modular drilling rig at home and abroad, a lightweight modular core drilling rig with larger drilling depth and easy assembly and disassembly was designed. And the overall structure of the rig has been optimized to make the module more reasonable division, and easy to quickly disassemble. Lightweight design of key components to make each module lighter. The product can be applied to geological exploration, deep exploration and other fields.
