1992年,一股改革开放的春风,由南向北,从东向西,迅速席卷中华大地。邓小平同志的南巡谈话,有力地推动着全国改革开放的新浪潮,我们财政部门如何适应新的形势,加快改革步伐,促进经济发展,这是新的时代给我们提出的新课题。我认为,很关键的一条在于切实端正机关作风,树立团结创新,真抓实干,廉洁高效的良好风气,积极推进财政改革和配套改革,努力完成各项财政工作任务。本文试从三个方面谈谈自己的认识。一、充分认识端正机关作风对搞好财政工作的重要意义财政机关作为重要的职能部门,我们的思想作风和工作作风如何,不仅关系到党和政府的形象,影响同人民群众的血肉联系,而且关系到财政工作在国民经济发展及宏观调控中的作用是否能充分发挥。因此,认真端正财政机关作风,对圆满完成各项财政工作任务,更好地为经济发展服务,具有十分重要的意义。主要有三点: 一是端正财政机关作风,是全面贯彻党的基本路钱,扩大财源,振兴财政,
In 1992, a spring breeze of reform and opening up rapidly swept the land of China from south to north and from east to west. Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour talk strongly pushed forward the new wave of reform and opening up in our country, how our finance department can adapt to the new situation, speed up the pace of reform and promote economic development, which is a new task for us in the new era. In my opinion, one of the key issues is to earnestly rectify the work style of the organs, establish a good atmosphere of unity, innovation, hard work, honesty and efficiency, actively promote fiscal reforms and supporting reforms, and strive to accomplish various financial tasks.
