People are always a bit personal, and the leader’s personality is generally more prominent. It is precisely because leaders have strong personalities and have special status that allows them to have more opportunities to fully display their personalities. Therefore, the influence of the leader’s personality on social development and its impact can not be valued. Here, we only make some superficial analysis on the influence of leadership personality on the selection and appointment of cadres. Let us first look at such a social phenomenon: In daily life, a leader always likes a certain type of cadre, but especially indifferent or even dislike another type of cadre; the other leader is different from it, or completely opposite. To put it in another way, the one who assumes leadership over one’s appointment always has some common characteristics that can be divided into certain types that are basically the same. Let us call this leadership personality the influence of cadres.
