“姑苏版”是对明清时期苏州地区所生产刻版书籍、版画作品的总称。其中有一批受到西方绘画影响,以写实技巧描写城市景观或戏曲故事,运用排线,表达光影,讲究焦点透视,不同于传统中国绘。这些作品的形制以单幅宽约56厘米,高约100厘米左右的失群屏条为主。目前所见唯一能拼合成一件完整四条的是《四季美人童子图》。这批被笔者称为洋风姑苏版的作品传世约近百件,而保存在中国的作品仅见辽宁省博物馆的《西洋剧场图》,该画日式装裱,当属日本学者黑田源次的遗物。
“Gusu version ” is a general term for the engravings and prints produced by Suzhou in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Some of them are influenced by Western paintings, portraying urban landscapes or drama stories with realistic techniques, using cables, expressing light and shadow, and focusing on perspectives, unlike the traditional Chinese painting. The shapes of these works are mainly dominated by the slightest screen strips with a width of about 56 cm and a height of about 100 cm. The only thing we can see right now is the “Four Seasons Beauty Boy”. The group of works by the author called Yang Feng Gu Su handed down nearly 100 pieces, while the works stored in China only see Liaoning Provincial Museum “Western Theater”, the painting Japanese mounted, was a Japanese scholar Kuroda source times Relics.
