通过从激励理论的视角对国有企业的分类改革进行研究,认为不同类型的国有企业具有不同的经营目标、社会功能和性质,因而具有不同的利益结构,需要分门别类建立不同的制度,以便因“企”制宜。这样才能够产生正确的激励,提高国有企业的效率。
By studying the classification reform of state-owned enterprises from the perspective of incentive theory, it is considered that different types of state-owned enterprises have different business objectives, social functions and properties, and therefore have different interest structures. Different systems need to be set up in different categories in order to facilitate the “ Enterprise ”system should. Only in this way can we generate the correct incentives and improve the efficiency of state-owned enterprises.
