通过在苗期进行不同接种温度、接种浓度等试验,确立了黄瓜灰霉病苗期人工接种抗病性鉴定技术,结果认为,苗期人工接种抗病性鉴定接种方法,采用第一真叶期喷雾接种法,接种及发病最适温度为20℃左右,接种浓度为105-106孢子/ml,接种后饱和湿度下应保持48h以上。
By different inoculation temperature and inoculum concentration test at seedling stage, the identification technology of artificial inoculation resistance of cucumber gray mold at seedling stage was established.
