通过在苗期进行不同接种温度、接种浓度等试验，确立了黄瓜灰霉病苗期人工接种抗病性鉴定技术，结果认为，苗期人工接种抗病性鉴定接种方法，采用第一真叶期喷雾接种法，接种及发病最适温度为２０℃左右，接种浓度为１０５－１０６孢子／ｍｌ，接种后饱和湿度下应保持４８ｈ以上。
By different inoculation temperature and inoculum concentration test at seedling stage, the identification technology of artificial inoculation resistance of cucumber gray mold at seedling stage was established.
