目的通过调查所在医院的社区卫生服务中心人力资源现状并探讨相关对策。方每月不少于一次到本院四个社区卫生服务中心进行调研、检查、座谈,按照本市社区卫生服务中心人员配置基本标准测试配置人员。结果社区卫生服务中心平均每万常住人口拥有卫生技术人员12.25名,存在人员思想认识不到位、结构不合理、医护比例失调、全科医生缺乏,无专业职称和专业学历人员仍然存在、人员管理松散、收入偏低、人员流动较大等主要问题。结论将社区卫生服务工作纳入医院的重点工作,做好职工思想政治工作,合理进行人力资源配备,加大人才培养,为社区服务开展新业务提供支持和帮助,提高人员待遇,建立有效的考核激励机制等等,进一步完善社区卫生服务人力资源的管理。
Objective To investigate the current situation of human resources in the community health service centers in hospitals and to explore relevant countermeasures.
