自七十年代以来,国外已有人用扫描电镜或透射电镜分别对猴、鼠、家兔及人眼虹膜表面进行观察。但对于动物虹膜表面同时用扫描和透射电镜进行观察报告很少。到目前为止国内尚未见这方面的报道。我们在对家兔虹膜表面进行透射电镜观察的基础上,应用扫描电镜对虹膜表面的三维结构进行了观察,为进一步了解虹膜表面超微结构及其机能意义提供新的信息。
Since the seventies, foreign countries have been using scanning electron microscopy or transmission electron microscopy of monkey, mouse, rabbit and human iris surface were observed. However, few observations were made on the scanning and transmission electron microscopy of the iris surface of animals. Up to now, there is no report about this aspect in our country. Based on the observation of the iris surface of rabbit by TEM, the three-dimensional structure of the iris surface was observed by SEM, which provided new information for further understanding of the ultrastructure of iris surface and its functional significance.
