目前国内漂粉精生产厂家大多采用钙法生产技术,该技术产品的有效氯含量最高只能达到65%,生产过程中的三废多,且没有较好的处理方法.通过对原有钠法生产漂粉精技术进行改进,即采用了氯直供生产消毒剂技术,合理选择生产设备,确定了最佳反应条件(氯化反应温度为20~30℃),循环利用了生产废水,使得产品有效率含量提高至65%~70%,三废排放量降低,产品的生产成本大幅度降低,市场竞争优势明显.“,”At present the domestic manufacturers of bleaching powder mostly used calcium production technology, but the maximum available chlorine content of the products could only reach 65%, the three wastes in the production process were so much,and not treated effectively.Through the improvement of the original sodium method, namely using the chlorine straight for disinfectant production technology, chosing equipment reasonably,the determined optimum chlorination reaction temperature was 20 ~ 30 ℃,the production waste water was recycled,the product effective content was up to 65% ~ 70%,the three wastes emission and the production cost was reduced respectively, and the market competition was improved.
