自1982年成立以来,Maxtor一直致力于研发、制造以及销售应用于桌上电脑的大量资料存储产品。Maxtor总公司位于美国加利福里亚洲的Milpitas市,其研发及工程营运中心设于美国科罗拉多洲,主要的生产工场则设于新加坡,而在新加坡及爱尔兰两地均设有发货和客户服务中心。此外,Maxtor的营业办事处分布于世界16个国家和地区,包括美国、新加坡、法国、英国、澳大利亚、德国、韩国、日本等国及台湾和香港地区。而Maxtor更将会在中国大连建立其第二个生产基地。目前全球员工约5500人。
Since its establishment in 1982, Maxtor has been developing, manufacturing and selling a large number of data storage products for desktop computers. Maxtor Corporation is located in Milpitas, Calif., Asia. Its R&D and engineering operations center is located in Colorado, USA. The main production workshop is located in Singapore. There are delivery and customer service centers in Singapore and Ireland. . In addition, Maxtor’s sales offices are located in 16 countries and regions in the world, including the United States, Singapore, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan and Hong Kong. Maxtor will establish its second production base in Dalian, China. At present, there are about 5,500 employees worldwide.
