一个只有9座的面包车里,塞满了64人,这是发生在甘肃省庆阳正宁县榆林子镇一辆幼儿园校车里的场景。这辆校车撤去了所有的座位,让孩子们全部站在车上。在2011年11月16日那个令人忧伤的早晨,这辆装满幼小生命的面包车逆行在公路上,与一辆大卡车迎头相撞。19名幼儿、1名司机和1名老师,共21人在这场悲惨的车祸中失去了宝贵的生命,另外43人也受到不同程度的伤害。校车安全关系到学生的生命安全,关系到成千上万个家庭的幸福,必须引起各地、各部门的高度重视。只有迅速制定校车安全条例,抓紧完善校车标准,做好校车设计、生产、改造、配备等工作,并建立相应管理制度,才能真正保障我国的校车安全。
A 9-seat van, stuffed with 64 people, is a scene of a kindergarten school bus in Yulinzi Town, Zhengning County, Qingyang County, Gansu Province. The school bus removed all the seats and let the children all stand in the car. On the sad morning of November 16, 2011, the van, filled with young life, retrograde on the highway and collided head-on with a large truck. Twenty-one toddlers, one driver and one teacher, a total of 21, lost their precious lives in this tragic car accident and 43 others were harmed to varying degrees. School bus safety is related to students’ life and safety and the happiness of tens of thousands of families. It must be given high priority by all localities and departments. Only by quickly formulating the school bus safety regulations, paying close attention to improving the school bus standards, and doing a good job in designing, manufacturing, reforming and allocating school buses, and establishing corresponding management systems can we effectively ensure the school bus safety in our country.
