以6个Lancaster自交系PHB1M及其改良系为父本,5个常用自交系为母本,按不完全双列杂交组配30个杂交组合,设计3种不同密度:6.0,7.5,9.0万株/hm2,对单株产量的杂种优势和配合力进行分析。结果表明:在3种密度条件下玉米单株产量普遍存在杂种优势,分别为117.4%、76.1%和50.6%,并且随着密度的增加杂种优势呈现降低的趋势;自选系J1624在3种密度下均有较高一般配合力效应,分别为6.39,2.24和12.83,稳产性较好;组合J1448×J1635的特殊配合力效应随着密度的增加而增加,分别为-7.57,12.32和17.92,说明其更适于密植环境下种植。
In this study, 6 Lancaster inbred lines PHB1M and its improved lines were used as male parents and 5 commonly used inbred lines as female parent. According to incomplete hybridization with 30 hybrid combinations, three different densities were designed: 6.0, 7.5 and 9.0 Wanzhou / hm2, heterosis and combining ability of the yield per plant were analyzed. The results showed that there was widespread heterosis in maize yield under the three density conditions, which were 117.4%, 76.1% and 50.6%, respectively. And the heterosis showed a decreasing trend with the increase of density. With high general combining ability (6.39,2.24 and 12.83, respectively), and good stability and stability. The special combining ability (JIC) of J1448 × J1635 increased with the increasing of density, which were -7.57, 12.32 and 17.92 respectively, More suitable for planting in close planting environment.
