由我国首创的直视钳穿法输精管结扎术，输精管注射粘堵法，输精管注射栓堵法是当今男性节育主要措施（以下简称直视钳穿祛，粘堵法，栓堵法），以前由于缺乏统一的评估标准，对3种方法的有效性、安全性存在不同看法，影响了择优全面推广应用。为此，我们按统一标准对3种方法进行比较研究，为我省择优推广男性绝育方法提供科学依据。研究结果表明直观钳穿法节育有效率为98．9％，粘堵法为92．5％，栓堵法为73．4％。直视钳穿法并发症发生率为2．0％，粘堵法为1．1％，栓堵法为2．1％。

The results showed that visual forceps method of birth control efficiency was 98.9%, sticking blocking method was 92.5%, plug blocking method was 73.4%. The incidence of complication of straight-line pincer method was 2.0%, sticking blocking method was 1.1%, blocking plugging method was 2.1%.
