我区从1977年开始推广种植杂交水稻,到1983年已推广面积达272.75万亩,占全区水稻总面积的87.9％。平均亩产998斤,比常规稻亩产高268斤,有四个县的杂交水稻亩产在千斤以上。全区中稻亩产由1976年的598斤上升到965斤,增加367厅,增产61.4％,平均每年每亩净增52.4斤。杂交稻确实优势明显,增产显著,对保证水稻增产起了重要作用。
Since 1977, our district has popularized the cultivation of hybrid rice. By 1983, the area has been popularized to 2.7275 million mu, accounting for 87.9% of the total rice area in the region. The average yield of 998 kg per mu, 268 kg higher than conventional rice per mu, four counties in the hybrid rice per acre in more than one kilogram. The area’s per mu yield increased from 598 kg in 1976 to 965 kg, an increase of 367 halls, an increase of 61.4%, an average of 52.4 kg per mu a net increase. Hybrid rice does have obvious advantages, significant yield increase, to ensure that the increase of rice played an important role.
