慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎,又称桥本氏病,是自身免疫基础上的甲状腺慢性炎症。国外有大量病例报告,国内文献报告不多。我院1974～1978年收治4例,占我院同期甲状腺手术病人的1.3%,现报告如下。典型病例例1:高某,女,47岁,河南籍。因颈前肿块半年,于1974年11月23日入院。半年前无意中发现颈前肿块,伴声音嘶哑,无疼痛及发热。当即去地方医院诊疗,曾服强的松1月余,肿块变小。停药后,肿块又增大如前,余无其他不适。检查:甲状腺呈蝶形Ⅱ度肿大,界限清楚,无触痛,质韧实,无结节,随吞咽上下移动。听诊无血管杂音,心率不快,手无震颤。术前诊断:甲状腺腺瘤,不
