作者采用EEG、WMS检测10例精神病人电抽搐治疗前后脑电生理及记忆功能的变化,结果显示电抽搐治疗后脑电异常程度加重,记忆减退。治疗结束后一个月,半数以上病例EEG恢复到正常范围,但与治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.05),而记忆损害于治疗后1周已有明显恢复(P<0.05),且表现记忆损害以瞬时记忆较敏感。提示ECT后脑损害是暂时的、可逆的,记忆损害比EEG异常恢复早。
The authors used EEG and WMS to detect changes of brain electrophysiology and memory function in 10 patients with mental illness before and after treatment. The results showed that the severity of EEG and memory loss increased after electrical twitch.
